The at-fault driver’s insurance should pay for your repairs once they’ve assessed your vehicle. They can either come to you or you can drive the vehicle to them (assuming you can drive it at all). If you take your car to them, they’ll assess it sooner.
Also, consider making a claim against your own insurance if the at-fault driver’s carrier proves to be difficult or drags its feet. You cannot raise premiums if an accident wasn’t your fault.
